The client says that my account is permanently suspended, but I have received no emails about why and I haven't done anything to warrant it. I am super confused. Please help.

Your account has been linked to suspicious activity surrounding account selling and the use of third-party programs, sometimes known as bots. Suspensions applied to accounts for this reason cannot be lifted. If you believe this ban is in error, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to look into the matter for you. Please know, however, that it's unlikely that the decision will be reversed.

I spent 4 weeks leveling this account through arams...And you are messing with my hard work. Yes, look into the matter. And I don't care about "how unlikely it is to be overturned" because you are wrong and will give me back my account.

They did this to me once already. So I copy and pasted the last ticket a few months ago and screenshotted it, where they said that they made a mistake and was unbanning the account. Like how do you fuck up twice...
