Conform eSports Recruiting Master-Challenger

Conform eSports is a multi-eSports gaming organization that is working on getting into the professional scene of League of Legends. Currently we have two Diamond teams that are tournament/academy teams, but are now moving our sights towards one main team of Master 200LP to Challenger players. We are looking to compete in the Challenger Series for North America. We are a sponsored community with a full set of staff to include: Managers, Coaches, Analysts, and Content Creators. We are currently recruiting for: -Top Lane -Jungle -Mid Lane -AD Carry -Support

The requirements are the following: -Working Discord/Microphone -Time/Time Management -Master 200LP-Challenger -Stable Internet Connection -Motivation/Open to Criticism -Jungle/Support Shot-Calling Experience

The Try-Outs are in 3 phases: -Interview -Solo-Q Spectate -Team Try-Outs
