just received a message after I bought 1380 RP that my account is now banned for botting. Idk what is going on. I sent in a support ticket, but like wth.

I spent 4 weeks leveling this account through arams...And you are messing with my hard work. Yes, look into the matter. And I don't care about "how unlikely it is to be overturned" because you are wrong and will give me back my account.

And sorry for snapping. I worked really hard to get to 30. I just wanna play on my account after getting out of the army and being on vacation. I didn't buy anything and I don't use any programs on my pc.

As you've been told multiple times by our support team, we double-checked your account, and came to the same conclusion that a program was used to level to 30, and then sold. This is a gross violation of our Terms of Use, so the account will have to remain suspended indefinitely. If you’d like to create your own account, we’ll be more than happy to offer you any support we can.

After spending weeks in co-op vs ai and aram leveling to 30. They banned it then it was unbanned for their mistakes. Same thing except now they are saying for me to go fuck myself. What is the point of spending time on an account when you can get banned for nothing...This support system is horrendous.

Ack, it was really difficult to read that due to the formatting. Maybe you could go back and put in some separators between emails?

I wish you'd cut support some slack. It's really not easy dealing with so many people all the time XD And people and machines are going to make some mistakes every so often. It does look like there is some miscommunication here, so let me try and prod this along and investigate.

what i didnt get a compensation when my account was falsely permanently suspended
