LeaverBuster: "You're leaving/AFKing in less games." I legit haven't afk/left a game this season?

My memory isn't the best but I KNOW I haven't exited game or gotten an AFK prompt in-game (where it says you've been afk, start doing stuff), not even one time except in training mode. I did have an issue many months ago with software that resulted me having to 'end process' the game via task manager. The game was won and I was punished as a result. Something almost negligible like 5 games of low priority queue. It was ARAM and I was Singed. I just checked my match history [all champs, all modes, all maps] all the way back to October 2017 and have no such game listed. However no remakes are listed and I recall a remake this season specifically because I got FB.

Basically I am absolutely stumped at what could have caused my account status to improve considering I had not left a game, received an in-game warning, or been punished in a VERY long time. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining about anything. I'm just curious why my account has been in a lower status for who knows how long potentially screwing my honor gains. If some troll reports someone for AFK, does that have an effect? Is there a way to check when one was flagged by LeaverBuster?

Does this have anything to do with accepting queues? I have had premades miss queues a few months ago which put us into low priority queue. Today (which come to think of it this seems to be the most plausible reason) the shameless client [seriously, wtf is up with the client lately? (Yeah, that's a complaint so I guess I lied earlier)] showed the animation that I selected accept on the queue pop but didn't put us into champ select. However there was no low priority queue after...

I am really confused and any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much and good luck on the fields of battle!

it logs games where you lag like hell too.

You answered your own question here. It takes a lot of games for leaver buster to decay to a clean account, and that notification is letting you know that your account, from a leaver buster's perspective, is clean.

Also, leaver buster doesn't affect your honors. Riot has confirmed that in the first honors Q&A.

simply put your account has been tracked since its creation. say if you left 100 games season 1-3. then you play games the next 2 seasons without afking or quiting your account rating still improves. now how long that takes for you to reach the checkpoint is unsure to me. but hey thats a good sign for you tho.
