The current problem seems to be with an interaction with CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework)

After a few minutes of "WTF is this sh*t?" I thought "Oh yeah, Hextech Repair Tool!"... Nope. But perhaps it will aid in finding a fix.

Everyone just try and relax, I'm sure Riot is busting their ass to repair the situation and hey, if you are worried it may be a prolonged issue try not to worry because there will likely be compensation. They are almost obligated considering ARURF is going on AND an event.
