When you're in low priority queue and you acidentally decline a match, you have to go through the 5/10/20 minutes all over again.

it's even worse if you get remaked.

you just waited 20+ minutes in queue, plus at least 2 minutes in champ select, excluding any dodges

to play for 3 minutes.

then you have to do it all over again.
