League is getting progressively worse

I was queuing for ranked and people are inting, seems natural considering league gets people to tilt, people declare that theyre going to int in lobby, which seems natural we've all had our fair share of people who do this, I had to dodge because a premade champs got banned and they have ghost cleanse and about to run it down mid, seems natural i'll take the queue dodge timer and the -2 lp if i can save 2 other players from having to go though that. It seems natural for this to happen in ranked, it happened today for me, but the thing is I made a new account to main another role and this is happening in pre 30. I stopped playing in pre 30 because of trolls and toxicity and now im playing on my main account and the same thing happens. Riot seriously needs to help the new playerbase because pre 30 is filled with toxic trolls and inters, and while playing those games people get turned away from playing league again, like it makes sense for it to happen in ranked (although i dont want it to happen) but in pre 30?

People who dodge to prevent other players and themselves from experiencing the true ranked experience should be given honor 5, like gj to those people, but they dont get recognized, they queue up again after 5 minutes and then they have to go though that again.

The bottom line is Riot needs to fix toxicity, inters, feeders, and the new playerbase to have people actually enjoy league, start banning people that are toxic, start actually cracking down on trolls and inters in lobbies and in game, and start protecting the new playerbase from the toxicity. i started mid-season 7 and while climbing to level 30 i mildly saw toxicity, but only in chat where people flame each other for a bad play, creating a new account in pre-30 and seeing toxicity like never before from smurfs really sets the tone of how league will be like in the future
