Starting a Stand on Smurfing

I have been playing league since Season 3 and have been on many teams over the years since i started playing the game and ONE thing that has been more of a problem then anything else in the competive world of league. Many Orgs, Teams, and Players have to deal with Smurfing everyday. Tournaments are destroyed and Teams are torn apart due to this. League is known to have one of if not the most Toxic Community in gameing. Riot bans these players but some how they just make another account and come right back to ruin the game for the rest of us. the gaming community i work for " Swordworths Gaming" is right now going thru a tryout phase for 2 low elo teams. Just today a Diamond 1 player was found out due to him telling me that he was a smurf and was no longer wanting to be a part of the tryout. I was pissed that i had wasted so much time on watching Vods and imputing data into admin docs for this player. After i told him that i would not make a big deal of it if he was willing to tell the other tryouts that he was sorry for wasting our time. He refused and decided to tell me if i need help getting better to let him know. After this i started going from Org to Org on my discord recruiting list letting Admins know of this player. Many of these Orgs loved the fact i was willing to send them this info but where unwilling to do anything about it as well besides not letting the player in their Org.

I personal think that Every Org in league should care about this reacruing problem. I am starting a campaign vs Smurfing in Competive league. If you as a player, as an Org, or as a Team are done dealing with Smurfs and wish riot would find a safe and respectful way to counter act this problem PLEASE add me on discord. I will be starting a List of all the Smurfs i find and passing this info on to Any and all people wanting the info. I also have started a ticket with riot hopeing they will contact me back. If they do i am going to offer them my time to help combat this problem. If you also want to be a part of this PLEASE contact me.

To all the people thinking this a joke or think that me posting this will do nothing to change the problem. Then give me your time and will put every spare minute of my free time into fighting this problem. I am not going to go away about this and im going to do everything i can to help any Org with Smurf problems.
