Hey all name is NeXPro

I have been playing League since season 3. The last two season i have spend most of my time looking to join a team and every time i do something goes wrong or there is drama that destroys the team. The Last team i was a part of we had a problem with people showing up to practice and with people not giving respect to the idea of practice.

So this up coming season i plan on spending a lot of my time running thru Solo Q for Diamond. During that time; I have a plan, and that is where everyone reading this comes into play. I will be plan to Start or join a team this season for the express agenda of getting into the LCS. Now i know most of you looking at this will go your GOLD 2 How are you going to get into LCS??

Well my plan is to find 4 other people that also want to be in the LCS ,and then work from there to get to that same goal. Now i do ask that anyone that Apply/recruit me understand that this not a joke and understand that to make it into the LCS LOTS of time is needed.

Now I'm not saying i want to play 24/7, but i do ask that anyone looking at this understand that one our team has a set plan in order to reach that goal the only way we can do it as a team. So if one person cant make practice times or people are butting heads to hard for the team to work thru it that person should have enough respect to step down themselves. I have found when making and being a part of teams most problems happen within the 1st 3 weeks as a team. That is because most people think that we should be gods by that point or that our win / lose records is tired to our skills as solo players. What i want people to understand is getting good as a team doesn't come from self play or from the team winning every game. But from the understanding that as 5 people on one team we must work to bring everyone up and that everyone EVEN THE SUPP is important to the victory.

From this point forward after reading everything above if you can't with 110% truth live up to this idea please don't bother applying for a team start up with me or recruit me to play for your team for it will be a waste of both our times.

Bard

1: Every member of the team "even the leader" will be held to the standard of professionalism. The competence or skill expected of a professional. The practicing of an activity, especially a sport, by professional rather than amateur players.

This means anyone looking to play with me understand that our team is now just that a TEAM so just like in the NFL or MLB if you don't come to practice or are not up to putting in the work it takes to get better then you don't have what it takes to be in the LCS. This also means that there will be no BM,Tilt,Salt, or trashing to anyone on or off the team. I only wish to play with people who have respect for everyone in our sport.

2: Standing by your word." Trust" If you tell someone something as a promise you should never have any reason to break this. that also means throwing Lying right out the window. As a team of 5 trust is the most important thing to getting past that 3 week point. if you cant make practice then explain but lying because your board of league or you would rather go out on a date is not something any job or sports team would allow.

3: This is a Sport not a Game. If you really have the dream to make it to the LCS every member should be spending any time they have on league weather it be playing, researching, watching videos, or just flat out memorizing the Timers to Ults, Objectives, and Summoner Spells and every member should read and understand the patch notes for every patch that comes out.

Please note that the more strict part of a team I would start wouldn't happen right of the gate, these are things that are worked into after the 1st few months go by. IF i can find enough people through this post to start a team then I have a very detail plan to help everyone make it thru solo Q into diamond by the end of this upcoming season.

For teams looking at recruiting me as there supp. Please note that am willing to give any advice to my idea of making a team great but will follow any rules you set in place and understand that as a new member where my place is and will do my best to live up to any standards you place before me.

More info about me as a player. IGN: NeXPro Age: 28 Lane: Supp>Mid>ADC>Top>Jung. I have played every lane on a team at gold level expect Jungle. Time played: I have played since season 3 when Elise was released. Person Life: At this time I am a stay at home father with a wife and one child. During this time i am looking for employment but any job i get will only be part time since this year i plan on getting into YouTube / Twitch and working with a team to get into the LCS

I spent 8 years in the Army and 2 of those years i spend in Iraq/Kuwait. During that time a event did happen that has changed my mental state but i am a fully function member of the community. My PTSD is more liked a forced OCD. My problems force me to watch everything around me and record in such a way that i can remember the world around me in case of danger. It also forces me to live life in a structured way. That doesn't mean change is a problem for me, What it means is I need to know of the change beforehand in order to prepare for it. IE: Someone cant come to practice i ask that i am informed at lest 2-3 hours before practice start time so i can rearrange my plan for the rest of my day.

As for my experience in league i have been on a total of 27 teams this last season and like i said beforehand that every single one of them expect one didn't last more then 3 week due to people unable to keep up with the needs of the team such as: Showing up to practice on time, spending personal time working on self growth, drama, selfishness, and people who couldn't understand they are not the best in the world and "everyone" always can get better. myself included.

So for the people that that TLDR this note i ask that you don't contact me. If you cant spend your time to understand me then we wont get past that 3 weeks stage and you will be wasting both our times.

For everyone who made it this far please add my IGN: NeXPro and give me a run down on what you want to do with me weather its to be a part of a team I start or if your looking for a Supp/ Mid for your team.

for your consideration

If you're serious about this ' LCS Dream ' please read everything below, it won't hurt you to gain perspective from a player who's been through the ladder up to Masters.

You can ignore everything I've mentioned and decide to do things your way. That's entirely up to you. I'm just writing this to help you understand a little more on what your ambitions really demand.

edit: I wanted to add. Mindless practice =/= improvement As Valkrin said " Practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect "

Just because you're willing to play 16 games every day, does not equate to Challenger eventually. You've all seen it before, the players with 1000 games in Gold, Silver, Bronze, Plat, Even Diamond.

Look at the most played hours in LoL : http://wasted-on-lol.com/

Only 1 player who's Diamond on top 10, and 1 pro player.

Spamming =/= inevitable success.

You have to know how to shape yourself as an individual and constantly focus on patching up your flaws. At the same time, you have to understand the next best step for yourself, without really knowing what that is off a google search. And if you can't devote all your time.. Then the next person who's able will have a higher window at surpassing you.

If you have 2000 individuals who's able to do this, how will you surpass them? Putting in sheer hours will not work anymore for you up here at this level.

I mean hell.. I know a few people who've been Challenger / Master, and are now hardstuck Diamond.

Hope you know LCS level is different from Challenger.

Just cause you're Challenger, doesn't necessarily mean you're LCS material.

Let that sink in and then ask yourself if you still want it.

Ambition, motivation, determination, is all very nice..

But it absolutely will not make up for the lack of talent or skill you posses. This is what you need to focus on, creating a team environment is nice, but overall game knowledge is even more powerful. To be even recognized for a chance at LCS, you certainly have to stand out and the quickest way to get into the spotlight is to break into Master 300+ LP

Like I said.. Ambition and determination is step 1. Getting from Gold 2, to Plat, to Diamond, To Masters should be your next goals. People will tell you ladder position shouldn't be any of your concern, but your situation is different, because not everyone on ladder has dreams of becoming an LCS player.

Have you ever heard of a Plat player recognized by an LCS organization? Exactly.

You should prove yourself worthy by getting high position on the ladder. Then a team that has potential to become LCS material will be willing to pick you up.

I get that you're motivated. But no matter how much you organize right now, the only way you'll get a shot at this is solo q for recognition.

Rank = Status Status = Proof of ability Significant Proof of ability = Chance at NACS team

That's when you start talking about organizing.

Also, we can't ignore the fact that you've been gold for 3 seasons straight.

Getting hard stuck is a thing, and it can happen ANYWHERE. Diamond =/= Master Challenger =/= Guaranteed LCS spot.

It is VERY competitive up here in the ladder. Once you are here, you need to posses something that the others do not to rise.

You must have the ability to understand how to improve yourself and submit yourself to your mistakes. You have to be an able individual, that is dependable in a team environment within the LCS.

And even then.. you're in a whole different league from the Solo Q you were so used to and sacrificed for. LCS becomes a new battle zone, with veteran players. Yes you have put 3-5 years into getting into the LCS, but now YOU are the new comer.

The cycle starts again. But this time the pressure is gonna be high, and without the ability to understand your play as an individual, you will crumble before even reaching here.

It's great that you have a dream, but it will be all in vain if you don't understand what priority you must focus on first. Reality is a thing and so is you being Gold for 3 seasons straight. Not trying to offend you, this is just a fact that you need to change. No LCS team will accept a gold player, down vote me all you want, but that's just denial for you.

TL:DR Work on your solo rank, gain experience in a competitive environment, think about teams after you've reached an appropriate level.

This is all based on your dreams to become an LCS player. If you wanted to become good at 5v5, then I wouldn't be saying this stuff.

Sincerely I am not trying to crush your dreams. But if you're going to dream this big, the least someone in this situation can do is understand what it takes.

Time is very sensitive if this is actually your dream. Every day other players are improving themselves at a high level. Every day that you choose to pick the wrong decision, is going to keep you at the same spot you were before. You will not move, until you understand how, every level will be different from the previous, and its up to you each time to figure it out.
