Gold 3 Mid LF Team/ DQ to join

Greetings, My name is John I'm 28 years old and have been playing League for going on 4 years now. I have been looking for a Team to join to start getting into serious play as well as people to play with to get into plat this season. I play a ton of Solo Q and have a very large Mid lane champ pool. I have been a part of a lot of teams these last few years as well as being the leader of a few and most of the teams i join have a problem with putting in the time it takes to really get better as a team and as solo players. So what I'm looking for is a team that has a good amount of Practice times/Days and also use voice comms during them. I do want to be a part of a team that is made up of 18+ but am willing to play with younger players if they are Mature and able to play on a regular basis.

As for what I bring to the table my Champ pool like i said before is very large and am able to play most mid lane champs " minus the AD Mids like Zed Talon" My champ pool is as follows This is not the order of skill i have for them but i do know i can play all these champs at a gold level of play. I do know a good amount about the game and know what needs to be done during a game to achieve the team comps win conditions. i also know a fair amount about other lanes and champs in them. I have spent a lot of time being an ADC/Supp and a Top Jung is the one lane i don't really care for or have a lot of skill in. If what you are seeing is something you might want to put on your roster or would like to add as a sub then please by all means add my IGN: LGT Vii Enigma in game and just let me know what i can do for your team.
