some guy in my game's name is {Name Removed} and was saying in chat bombs away alluh akbar i dont think this is right at all

Riot's views aren't representative of specific individuals in the community. If a player's name and chat messages are offensive, please report them for both "Offensive Language" and "Inappropriate Summoner Name". I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with this player, and hopefully with your report, this person won't get the opportunity to offend other players.
However, "Naming and Shaming" is against the Board policies, so I'll have to ask you to remove the player's summoner name from the post. Lastly, if you didn't get to report the player in the post-game lobby, you can submit a ticket to Riot Games Player Support informing them of the summoner name. Hopefully I was able to clarify some things and help!
If you really want to alert Riot to someone then file a Support Ticket in addition to reporting them in-game if you can.

Lol you can't share a link of the game from this website without redacting the names or else it gets deleted? What does this stupid company even let you look up a poster's game history with all the names included with two mouse clicks..
Whatever, the link wasn't the important part of my comment. The most important part was that a guy with a name related to ISIS (not saying what the name was rito pls no tyrant ban) was so devoted to the trolling that he made his score 9/11 in the game. Takes commitment.
