Toxicity after the game. Why is it allowed?

EDIT: I just looked at the offender's op.gg. He is still playing. I just want to say this is disgusting and unacceptable from Riot to let racism and hate speech unpunished. Being black myself, my parents told me horror stories of being persecuted, harassed and mistreated for simply being black. The fact that the reporting system will ban players for slighly passive aggressive speech, but a direct ticket with screenshots of blatant racist comments such a the N word does not even merit a ban makes me think Riot simply does NOT care about their players and improving this community.

Im bronze 2 and recently played a normal game vs a diamond 2 player. Somehow i won and after the game, in the lobby chat, this diamond 2 players started calling his team the N word as well as other insults. Then he talked about how we are all random and linked a twitch clip supposedly about Scarra saying that he is a beast at the game. He kept spamming how we all suck at the game and how good he is.

Why is this behavior allowed after the game in the lobby chat???? Its not the first time i have seen players use the N word there and they have not been punished when i report them.

It's not. Screen cap it, report them via a support ticket.

Post game chat is reportable, just gotta mention to look at it when you send in a report.

Report them for it. Make a note that it's in post game chat.

It's not allowed. Riot can't stop them before it happens man. Time travel would be nice, but unfortunately, I don't think Rito has those capabilities.

Supposedly Riot can see pre and post game chat, but i had this exact thing happen a couple days ago. I reported it, made a note it was in post chat, and then kept an eye on the offender via op.gg to see if he had been banned. Nope, still playing. And before someone says he may have just got a chat restriction, this guy was throwing around the kill yourself language which i know Riot is strict on. So yeah... doesn't seem like there is much to do. Leave post game chat quickly i guess.

its a motivation to stay positive for frustrated players. Its ok i will not flame him i will tell him to %%% after the game.

Pre-game and post-game chat is reportable, just make a note of it in the comments section of the report.

I would just ignore everything in the post game lobby. Personally i would prefer all shit talk and flame to go down after the game, one because you can just leave and not hear it, and two because if i had to watch them waste time in game flaming i know they aren't playing or helping the team. Flaming isn't good regardless but if some keyboard warrior wants to vent his frustrations in the post game lobby just ignore him. More than likely he is just tilted, having a bad day, or lonely and i actually feel bad for the flamers because they are taking their frustrations out on strangers online. Don't let it bother you because they want you to feel as crappy as they do and that's why they flame.

pre/post game screens are not monitored through the IFS, so they'll be punished manually instead.

bruh just leave the post game lobby if its like that. If its ranked dont even stay. Then again i pretty much play nothing but aram so everyone leaves instantly unless the game was a meme fest
