Suggestion: Reward players for being honored

It's no secret that LoL has a large number of toxic players. Arguably, the single most toxic community of any game out there. But because this game is so great and I would like to see an effort made to promote good attitude, I want to make what I believe is a very valid suggestion.

We already have a system in place where we can honor players with "honorable opponent", "teamwork" etc. I think riot should take it a step forward and make it so people get actual rewards based on the amount of times they have been honored. Personally, I think they should give out skins exclusive to the honor system so that it is a very desired rewards. Who cares if someone is actually polite out of self interest? As long as they show good sportsmanship/teamwork, that is all that matters.

I really hope this gets implemented or is at least seriously considered. I have seen systems like this in other games and I believe they generally are successful in increasing positive attitudes.
