So, the thing is that when we normally report someone we get a notification, however, I havent received any yet that is why.
I see, well I don't know if this helps ease your frustration, but I'm here to tell you that the system does not notify you every single time someone you report becomes punished. Here is how the system works:
If a player is punished, only the players who reported them in the punished player's most recent game will be notified of the punishment. Players who reported them in earlier games will not be notified even if their report contributed to the punishment being dealt.
For example, imagine a player who plays 3 games today. In game 1 they are toxic, and you and your teammates all report them. In game 2 they behave normally. And then in game 3 they are toxic again and get reported again. After game 3 the punishment system gets triggered and the player gets punished, and all of the players in game 3 who reported them are notified that the player was punished. You and your teammates from game 1 however, will not be notified because your game was not the game that triggered the punishment.
Long story short, your reports contribute to punishment against toxic players, but you will not be notified when punishment is dealt out unless your report was in the game that triggered the punishment system to evaluate them.
