Yeah dude I know a guy who has been banned like five times and keeps buying accounts... Well i don't know him anymore because he's so damned toxic that i stopped being his friend over it. He's that type that picks a fight every game, and ints sometimes, will follow a jungler around he doesn't like and steal all his farm, etc etc

I've gotten a perma ban straight away before and from that i've learned alot. How not to flame or be toxic and how to calm down. But seriously thats kind of like rubbing it in to people who have been perma banned.
