Solution to trolling in lobby. (WIP) Retrained vote to kick

So I just read this thread

and I really feel for people who are in this situation. That by itself is the reason I stopped playing ranked. In other games if you have a troll on your team in competitive play you can actually use them as bait but in a game like LoL there is little to stop them. Riot is currently trying to figure out ranked team builder but that won't stop the trolls it will just allow you to see them coming from the current info that has been released on how Riot intends to go about Ranked TB.

Cutting this short, I propose a vote to kick system in lobby. Not the normal Vote to kick that can be used as another form of dodging a game but with this system, only the player who is kicked is removed from the lobby and the teams stick together as a new player is chosen.

The problems I can see with this system are,

  1. The number of people it takes to kick someone from a lobby.
  2. The amount of time it would take to create such a system.
  3. The issue of deciding roles. (i.e. if the roles were already picked while the troll was still in lobby, would it be fair to force a new player into a role or shuffle start the lobby over again.)

Those are the flaws that I see. I hope someone will come along and help sort these out. Obviously no Average Joe can just sort out number 2 but still effort, something is better than nothing.

Well thsi feature kinda enforces the meta... Most people wouldn't want me to play Darius Jungle Or twitch jungle in ranked. Or play Urgot in general. So i'd be kicked constantly just for not playing the "META". Which isn't something Riot really wants to enforce. I for one think blitz jungle is super fun, and actually decent but i doubt if anyone ever saw me play it in ranked they wouldn't particuraly like and and everyone would just vote to kick. YEs their are some trolls in champ select but this system could be abused to much.

You can only initiate x number of kick votes in lobby per (time frame). Decide if jungle Darius is -really- worth kicking on the chance you get a jungle Kalista or something even worse.

I mean that each person has say, 1 vote per 15-20 minutes. So you get that vote per match that feels useful, but a team is limited to 2 votes per lobby. So if your first vote gets denied, someone else can try it and if i doesn't work you make the best of it.
