ranked bans are pretty messed up

unless the player intentionally feeds there is no reason to ban someone from ranked. you have to win the games its not just games played which is pretty r%%%%%ed with the amount of trolls in normal games. plus if you can not be toxic when you get a feeding player that doesnt try every game that players should be the one banned. i would rather have a player that i can mute talking shit to me and destroying kids/giving us the only chance to win over a player that isnt really trying playing a new champion messing around in ranked. those are the players that should be banned. and if you wanna see how troll normals are go to my recents ive only lost 3 and 2 of them were from my teammates feeding extremely hard.

The bans are doled out according to what nearly the entire community wants; not just what Riot wants. Also, only about 1% of people ever get bans, and almost all of them never get it again, which means it works pretty well for fixing the problem.

(Assuming you were banned) If your attitude doesn't change after your ban period, leave please. We don't want you here.

What does this have to do at all with banning champions in ranked? You are really just mindlessly crying.

Ranked is more competitive and the game isn't always perfectly balanced. Bans give you the chance to ban/pick team comps and remove any champions who are way too strong in the current patch to prevent games from being ruined.
