Are the Artsy poro summoner icons ever going to come back

I didnt have rp when they were released I really wish they would occasionally bring back some of the limited summoner icons like they do with skins

as you can tell from summoner name i enjoy doodling also I <3 poros

Summoner icons are fairly "low profile" and unimportant in the grand scheme of things. IMO for the most part they are used as badges to show that you were around during the time of their release. I don't think Riot would want to re-release something used as a time marker.
