What Are Ranked Teams Anymore?

As the title says, I just want to know what ranked teams are for now. (Maybe there was already several posts addressing this and I'm just stupid.)

Like, does queuing up with 4 members of your Ranked Team in the new Dynamic Queue count as a 5v5 Team game? If there's no way to earn a Ranked Team Division, why do Ranked Teams exist? Can someone tell me what Ranked Teams are anymore?
