how long till soraka gets nerfed into the ground?

So how long till something is done about the absurdity that is soraka's sustain for her team? there is 0 counter play to the amount of healing she dishes out but nothing is done to dissuade from the fact that she makes any game she is in a 5v4 because she will fully negate all the damage of at least one player on the other team.

her identity of being a healer isn't the same when shes just a portable fountain healing effect that makes focusing anybody but her negligible and then her team just aces you while you're trying to force your way to their back line to kill the most op thing in the game atm. and you will never kill her even when you get to her because she'll just exhaust you and run away healing herself with her stupid q's or silenceing you so you can't use any abilities to close the gap.

her w needs to have it's legs metaphorically broken, either significantly reducing the amount it heals for or hiking up the cd on it maybe even bringing back items with grievous wounds that affect more than just self healing...
