Create an option in the "support tickets" to report players

Obviously reporting people in game does next to nothing considering i still see people that i have reported a few days later still doing the same thing and still playing the game, regardless of what they say. there is no option in the ticket drop box that allows you to create a ticket for such reason. i have been told a few times to "create a support ticket." but there is no option for reporting or anything even close to reporting, if you are going to tell someone to make a support ticket put an option in that allows a person to do what they are asked/told. the 3-4 options in the drop box don't cover anything anybody would need to talk about.

I'm pretty sure I am not the only one who has been told to do this, and probably not the only person to post something of similar meaning.
