So i guess i have been wrongly chat restricted? And some ideas to make the system better!

Over the past 3 days I personally have noticed a massive increase in negative players who refuse to play as a member of the team and are being rude and toxic toward other players because they have given up on a 6-12 kill game, apparently telling them to "shut up and play as a team" is considered toxicity and trying to help them out in a slightly aggressive fashion is as well. Riot has always praised themselves on having a good penalty system. but the system nor the people who review a case in the tribunal are able to read/ see the other side of the story..

Here are some ideas to make the system better Riot: Remove the tribunal thread completely because 95% of the people who post there are salty teenagers who either don't understand the context something is said in, or are making stuff up to get people banned. Another way you can make it better in removing the tribunal thread, you can create a system that will compile anything that might be suspicious and have players of P5 or higher review the content to determine an accurate punishment.

Having a system that only reads the chat from the player reported, wrongly or not; clearly shows it needs to be updated or changed in some way shape or form. if there are going to be players on my team who are being super negative saying stuff like "GG" after 5 minutes and spamming it every time someone dies to a gank, or having a jungle that doesn't know what he/she is doing and you tell them to gank and telling them to gank pisses them off, oh there is a report for verbal abuse... then the system goes back to previous games where you were telling negative turds to shut up and play the game and BOOM chat restriction.

The system needs to be changed Riot, I'm not angry about the chat restriction(s) i have or have had in the past accurately given or not. I just figured i would share some ideas that could make the whole thing better and avoid inaccurate suspensions/bans. Thank you for reading and have a nice day :)
