Thank you, Riot. For Bard.
While he has a lot of troll potential, he is, in my mind, one of the most 'balanced' champions to be released as of late. He has everything any avid support could ever ask for.
Very well done on the kit.

Haven't had a game with him yet so I can't comment on balanced, but isn't "everything a support could want" and "balanced" sort of paradoxical? Where are the downsides?
I see a champ with hard cc, engage, disengage, attack damage steroid from passive, mana Regen from passive, healing, two types of multi purpose team utility, and who is rewarded for roaming (which is something supports are rewarded for anyways, since it helps the team).
From a kit perspective, it seems just as overloaded or more than each of the other recent releases which completely out-due all of the older champions.
Mostly, every new champion seems to have either multiple abilities in one (bard with his passive, and even his q arguably), and with multi purpose abilities otherwise (his magical journey and his ult). As if any champion can't be viable with just 4 abilities and a subtle passive anymore...
Again, just playing Devils advocate. Haven't actually played him or against him.
he has indeed giant trol potential pissing of your bad wil if he want most defenetly kost you the game
