Snowdown Store Question on accessing it

How do you get the tab to show up? I do not have the button to access the snowdown store. Do i need to play games before it will show up?

Are you a plebeian? Have you restarted your client anytime of late?

I've restarted the client like 3-4 times now over the past two days. still no tab to access the snowdown store. Not sure what the problem is. i have not had the time to play the game in the past few days (probably a week now) so i didnt know if that was an issue.

It's the purple button with two blank cards between the normal store treasure chest button and your profile button at the top right of your client.

Looks like other people who had it have now lost it. Guess support's the way to go.
