Pentakill Summoner Icon not showing

The pentakill summoner icon is not displaying. It is just showing a blank square. I am not sure if i posted this to the correct place or not.

Any one else having any problems with this?

It is now fixed for me at least

I'm having this problem too. Blank in the icon select and in the friends list, but I hover over myself , I see a big pink circle where the glorious Pentakill icon should be.
