Are kids that act "emo" in-game ever banned?

They don't type much but their actions and refusal to help should be enough. Do they ever get banned, probably not right?. Another example on why tribunal does not work.

... The tribunal doesn't work because it's been shut down for the last 8 months...

Well this automated system thing they have then. How can you be banned if you don't type but still have toxic actions?

Manual reviews (which are still a thing). Feederbuster. Leaverbuster.

All can issue bans, regardless of what the player being reviewed says.

The accuracy of the systems leaves something to be desired though. Chat restrictions automated punishment are pretty accurate but become increasingly harsh and actually cause back to back punishment for people who were once punished, but for less severe cases (no hard proof/confirmation from Reds, but personal experience has shown it abit) Leavebuster is very non-discriminatory. Have a handful of disconnects back to back and you get punished Havn't seen anything on the feeding one, but that can be a very touchy subject. People 'could' just be that bad.

You pretty much have to request a manual review which is a trial all its own.
