For your next event if you say you have till a certain date to earn the stuff, dont make it impossible to earn randomly.

as someone who wanted icons and stuff early on it took alot of time in ARAM(where u cant pick your champ) and after that everyone and their brother picked GP further cutting down on chance to play as him.

and u lock him halfway in the event time.

TLDR: for the future please dont say you can get a free skin until a certain date and then disable em prior to that date.

Misinformation is worse than no information.
