item 3155 (1350 Gold) + item 1053 (800 Gold) + item 1028 (480 Gold) + 465 Gold = Trophy of Arrogance (Total Cost 3195 Gold)
-40 Attack damage
-25 Magic Resistance
-200 Health
-10% Lifesteal
Unique Passive : 15% Spellvamp
Unique Passive - Lifeline : Reaching below 30% of your maximum health grants you a spellshield for 4 seconds that blocks the next enemy spell that hits it. (90 seconds cooldown.)

This is an AD spellvamp item for Buisers/Fighters and maybe even Adc's who want to invest in damage in the late game, but still have a certain survivability. That way they can buy this, instead of Banshee's Veil.

On request of a comment made I will now explain how this item gets spellvamp. Rather than absorbing magic damage into the living item itself, the user binds is conscience with it and wants to absorb magic damage into himself due to his thirst of blood.
This is because he mixed the weapon with the vampiric scepter.
However Hexdrinker drinks magic damage and not physical, and hexdrinker drinks the magic damage it receives through its spell shield. If it can not feed itself anymore since you munch all the magic damage, how can be fed at all ? So instead of feeding it magic damage that you receive you feed yourself through your blood lust in form of spellvamp and satisfy the item at the same time - your consciences are bound to each other.
That's why this item has spellvamp.
However, if you, the source of food for the item, should be in grave danger, it reacts and sends you a spellshield to protect you. It doesn't just want to protect you from magic damage, but from all spells.

A few things:

  1. What happened to Hexdrinker's magic resist? It upgrades to lose stats?
  2. You are not telling us how much the spellshield absorbs; does it absorb 400 like Maw? Or does it block the next spell like Banshee's Veil? I am going with it being similar to Maw as it has the Unique Passive name.
  3. Costs about 300g less than Maw and is worth about 600g in Gold Value more than Maw.

As far as I see it you made Maw with Spellvamp; you remove the only reason a player would build Maw (its second passive), you do not explain how the spellvamp gets into the build of the item. Adding Hextech Revolver to the plans would make this item become a Mythical level (or maybe even higher) and would not resolve the issue. Sadly this item just adds more balance issues if this was implemented into the game. :/
