Leverbuster just gave my friend a 20 minute wait que because your game crashed on him.....he reset it came back and played as best he could...but he got reported afk.....this is not afk this is a crash..he came back this needs to be looked into.

If he got punished by leavebuster, this isn't the first time it happened. Also, don't jump to the conclusion that it's the client's fault. Most of the time, it's a network issue on your end.
