Hide and Seek Rules Variant :D

I've decided to write up some rules for the ever popular Community Created Game-mode "Hide and Seek"!

[zombie-brand-facepalm] It seems that there is alot of confusion out there about many of the rules and guidelines for Hide n' Seek![zombie-brand-facepalm]

Permanent Bans

For each team there are certain characters that simply make the game no fun for other players. Therefore, we have to boot these characters aside to keep it fun, exciting, and fair!

Hiders

Shaco - This guy is all over the place! Shaco places "Jack-in-the-Box" everywhere and can jump into invisibility in a snap. Certainly not an easy champion to catch.

Evelynn - Got a cold chill down your back? Nope, Evelynn just dropped an ice cube down your shirt....this lady is almost always invisible....no.

Twitch - What is that smell?! This rat can fade into the shadows and take off in a hurry! Sorry stinky no Crystal Scar Scuttle for you.

Teemo - Never mind that he is satan spawn. He can chill right at your toes while you step on one of his home-made shrooms and slowly try to escape the impending eye-gouge. Bye Teemo!

Talon - Imagine if you will a saw blade ripping right on by and taking some of your hair right with it. Ok now multiply that saw blade by 8, now try to dodge them as they fly in any random direction. Talon you've been cut off.

Rengar - Remember that cat you had as a child that constantly tore your face and/or forearms off? Now picture trying to evade when you don't even see it coming! This kitty is sitting this one out, cat carrier style.

Seekers

Warwick - With an ability that reveals location of a target certainly it's fair that we supress this character. Hide ans "seek" not Hide and "sniff".

Twisted Fate - No.

Now, just because a character is banned for one team doesn't mean it can't find it's place on a another. These bans are not global. Hence why they are separated by team.

Item Rules

1 slow item per team.

No Storm Shield No Capturing No abusing glitches No Trolling

Hiders

~There can be no more than 2 hiders in one bush at any given time. ~No CC Clusters. (Entire team constantly chasing Seekers and casting on them) ~No damage-only items. (I only use the movement speed page during the game when i'm hiding) ~No interruption of a seeker's recall spell. ~No auto-attack or spell chain CC. (Kennen's auto can build into a mark applying shuriken, at 3 marks the target is stunned. LeBlanc can chain spells to silence a target, etc.) ~Once a hider is out they are more than welcome to stay and watch the game or leave and go watch youtube. If they wish to stay they can mess around anywhere on the outer ring but are not permitted to go into the center Fog of War. Not even on the center Storm Shield shrine. ~If killed must announce "Grace" in /allchat to begin timer once re-spawned. (I recommend turning "Time Stamps" on in the menus.

Seekers

~Must remain in base until the 2 minute mark ~After killing a Hider they must give the newly re-spawned Hider a 30 second window of Grace time to hide again. No attacking. No following. The Grace time clock begins immediately once the Hider is alive again. ~If a seeker drops below approx. 10% HP they must recall to base and heal to continue. If a seeker is killed by a Hider after being told to "B" in chat the Hider will not lose lives as it is acceptable to kill a Seeker that does not comply to the rules. Furthermore, once a seeker has begun the recall channel it cannot be interrupted in any way the Seeker must now return to base. If a Hider hits a recalling seeker repeatedly while he/she is trying to recall the Hider will lose a life as punishment for disobeying the rules. ~Do not attack champions that are already out. This is a likely way to start a trolling spree. Leave them alone.
