Be able to customize the game client?

I had the issue of not being able to see some of the games that pop in the bottom right corner. I know for most of you that no one watches this but i usually watch this when I get some down time (not enough time for a ranked), or when i want to look at some mechanics that most normal people use.

So recently RIOT has been posting several advertisements about the new updates, skins, etc. and I thought about being able to customize what you actually want to see in your personal game client. For example say i never wanted to see patch notes ever again (yea, right) i would be able to drag and drop in a box which just holds what i do not want to watch. Or maybe i wanted to see something that i have dropped in the "useless for now box" i can just drag and drop and customize how big it actually shows up in the client.

Which Riot would also be able to add backgrounds for the client (which should include custom art from player/fans) which Riot can maybe charge some RP. After buying the rights to the art of course. lol *if possible

I have a few other ideas ill add on in other discussions.
