GOOD PLAYER LOOKING FOR DYNAMIC OR TEAMS

I am looking for someone to Que with who has an inspiration to be something more than an average player. I usually get trolled because my wins go higher than my losses and i get placed with bad teams, I give kills, I gank, I let people eat my lanes for minions. Its never enough. I try to play carry champs as much as possible without hurting the team with no cc.

Just fed up with with random bad players.... if you have some common sense and want to move up rank add me please.
