I never said it's a bad thing.

I had like 80% winrate after 10 games of playing MasterYi support.

Because destroys. I had a rengar supp and pick Quinn. We DESTROYED the enemy adc (and after that enemy supp). Then with bpth ults we killed mid laner and went to continue destroy bot lane. It's fun.

In high elo it works cuz you can shoot a hook-style skill shot and then smite a minion blocking it in mid air and catch ppl off guard. specially with blitz.

LOLOL ADC is trash this season though. If you aren't a tank buster you dont do anything this season unless you're fed before the enemy tank line builds one armor item cuz that's all it takes to negate all your damage.

I hate that as a support. If they buy a warding totem they dont ward. If they buy a sweeping lens they dont clear wards. If they buy an Orb they never ever ever use it like cmon

Don't get me wrong as a support more often than not I'm buying sightstone, using all my wards. About the only "support" item I buy is the FQQ, and sightstone as a poke based support, and coupled that with Locket for tank based support.

After that and if me and my adc are fed/good to help out other lanes, you best bet I'll be buying a rabadons, loch bane, etc. what ever makes it so we can kill the enemy team faster should be ok. Heck usually late game I sell my sightstone especially if the enemy team is just always in lanes!

Im main support and sightstone is my second or even first item... Slam that ward in the river oh lee sin comming see him from 500 km and just go back. Oh they are doing drake? No prob top laner tp in and me and adc go ham and take it. Oh someone tried to juke? Ward and hook that mother lover back in. Warding wins games. I even buy sightstone or update my trinked on jungler so i get more vision on drake baron jungle river etc...

Oh don't get me wrong. Like I said I would say I buy sightstones, wards, pink in at least 95% of my games no matter what role I play! Wards are great, but your team and the enemy team needs to be using it and taking advantage of it to get its full power. If you are warding but you or your teammates aren't actually watching it you are going to get ganked. Same goes for the enemy team. If they are using their own wards, or using pinks/trinkets to get rid of yours then there is no use to ward when you can basically use the ones you have!
