Higher ping, massive lag spikes

After the recent patch the game has been near unplayable with the lag. I can play with 75 ping just fine, but when it's 75 that feels like 200-300 ping and the lag is visible it's not possible to move properly. The game feels clunky and slow, movements are delayed by over a second sometimes. If this is just part of the server movement I'm going to have to stop playing ranked, and probably the game all together.

My ping after the servers moved stayed almost the same, going up by just 5, and honestly it felt like the same game, but now after the most recent patch fuck this lag.

Since last patch my ping and a irl friend's ping that lives in the same town have experienced + 30 ping since last patch. I thought it was just us until more friends complained about it. All of use live with in 30 miles of each other.

I see a lot of people talking about a ping increase in Canada, mainly using Telus internet (that's what I'm using). I've just stopped playing for now.
