i'm just there refreshing the page everytime it loads just waiting for the new sales impatiently , is there a time ? , i know its each 4 days but like at what time do they post the new sales ;-; , and am i the only one that does that ?

^I usually glance at this chart when I'm curious. If a champion or skin that I want is in green then I check the sale pretty closely, otherwise I generally don't pay attention.

How the heck does it work ._.
It's based on the time since the champion or skin last went on sale. Only champions and skins that are in green seem to ever go on sale in the next cycle. It's not exact but you can at least see if there's a good chance for the champ or skin that you want coming up.
Basically just look for the champ or skin you want and check the last time it went on sale. If it was a long time ago it should be coming again soon, if it was recent then it will take a very long time (sometimes a year or more).
