i'm just there refreshing the page everytime it loads just waiting for the new sales impatiently , is there a time ? , i know its each 4 days but like at what time do they post the new sales ;-; , and am i the only one that does that ?

^I usually glance at this chart when I'm curious. If a champion or skin that I want is in green then I check the sale pretty closely, otherwise I generally don't pay attention.
Monday and Thursday generally around 10am est will they get posted on surrender at 20 with them being posted on main site shortly there after or around the same time.

They post them around 10am EST.
I like to wait around for them too.
