I played CO-OP AI , i game picked ADC and when we started to lane my sup was farming , and i told him "Ok bro u farm i sup" Literally just that . And no one said anything for the rest of the game ( INCLUDING ME) . So its dumb cuz it still popped me a msg that say i got reported for verbal abuse , even tho i cant see how is that an abuse , what im abusing his laziness by making him farm ? Imagine you got like 3-4 fake reports and by any chance for the same thing , you can get banned for no reason , since RITO gona check and see that u are reported 3 times and wont even bother to check if the reports are on point . So could that happen or no ?

You don't get a notification for verbal abuse reports until you reach a certain %threshold of reports against you. He may very well have reported you for no good reason, but you have been getting reported in a lot of your other games.

The system checks your logs for keywords and phrases that people often report, and if it doesn't find anything then the report is thrown out and that person has the weight of his reports reduced.

In other words; if you are not toxic, it's extremely unlikely that you'll get punished. The notification is nothing more than telling you that you've been getting lots of reports and that you may need to reconsider the way you act in your games.
