Nope. But I know this: Reptar is a character from a fictional show in the world of Rugrats. Reptar Bars are a candy bar tie-in to that fictional show.

It's extremely likely, then, that whatever film you're thinking of either is a Rugrats film, or is directly related to the show in some way.
