Is there such a thing as a "suggestion box" on the boards?

I just wonder. I know from many other online games that their forums usually feature a thread or even a whole subforum for user suggestions on things they would like to see in future patches. (content wise i.e. new maps/modes/themes/etc.)

I think it would be nice having such a thing for LoL too, if there already isn't one that is.
