@Riot Please What is Your position with Twitch on these new changes

Hi im Kem, im a gold ranked player this season but i would like to ask a rioter regarding the marksmen update, more importantly the future of twitch as an Adc. Currently he is underplayed in almost all elos and is considered weak overall. I Personally don't know if he is but i would like to know if twitch will benefit from these marksmen changes or if he will just go completley ignored and forgotten because literally every other adc in the game can destroy him in lane and have a much more massive presense than him in the game as a whole. I he is being ignored or are u planning to do something to him your thoughts plz P.S excuse my grammar i know its bad :/
