Harrowing?

How can they not unleash the skins this year near Halloween? Many people have waited a year for this....

nooooooo! I waited an entire year for the harrowing skins and now they're just gonna release them some other time? Why

I believe no, but we are getting a "story" of the harrowing :l

EDIT: they want the harrowing to strike at ANY time, not just Halloween, I am fine with this

well that sounds kind weird but i can live with it, i was just excited for it because it is around halloween time

WHERE IS THE harrowing?! I´ve been waiting for so LONG! T-T I started playing LOL for like allmost a year ago, and i have been looking forwards to Harrowing all year T-T
