LP broken?
I was in silver and not able to get out for a long while because I gained 16 lp a game and I finally made it out and I start gaining 25 lp a game during gold is that some sort of weird problem is silver?

LP gain/loss is based on your MMR. If you are gain ~ 25lp per game then your MMR is likely higher than the league you're in. If you were gaining 16 lp before, you probably had MMR a little lower or close to the league you were in.
So to sum up it sounds like you're improving, awesome keep it up! It also looks like you are on a large winning streak (appears you have won your last 10 ranked games). I've been told that stringing together large win streaks snowballs your MMR as well so that is likely contributing to your sudden increase in LP.
