Can't Log into PBE site

Alright so all PBE testers know that there are 2 separate websites for LoL. One is the main site (this one) and the other is for PBE testers..... Well, recently I was accepted to test, and created my account with the same username and password that I use for the non-testing League of Legends... Well I type in my username and password, many times, and cannot log in, saying the password or username is incorrect. So I click 'forgot username' (can't be sure, my memory isn't that great on everything) and put in the email I always use with LoL. Done that 3 times now and still don't have an email with my recovered username (password too)....

Help!
