I linked my account through facebook, so I should get a mystery champ right?

I linked my account to facebook but have yet to hear anything about a mystery champ being added to my account.

My account WAS banned for 2 weeks...does this affect my receiving this reward?

You will not receive the reward because of the ban.

I haven't got my mystery champ yet they are still distributing them.
