So, is it possible to get all of those extremely rare skins like Human Ryze, Black Alistar, Silver Kayle, Rusty Blitzcrank, etc out of hextech crafting/mystery gifting? Just wondering, spank you very much :3

yes you can get anything that was on sale in the store at any time in the hextech crafting. no spanking though

no, only the legacy skins that come back periodically in the legacy shop
