Hextech Crafting release date?

I keep seeing this Hextech Crafting system but i have yet to see a realease date. I understand they have been testing it on the PBE for about 2 weeks now but i was wondering if anyone has heard anything new about it. Maybe an update on how its coming along or a possible release date?

Hextech Crafting has been released (11th Feb) in Turkish server for live server test. Riot Socrates stated that they intend to atleast test for four weeks before they make it live worldwide. So im guessing mid of March would be a safe bet.
