Anyone else having the most hilarious time?

Makes alt account, stops playing on it for 2 weeks, forgets account info and forgot to put it in document.

Makes riot ticket with full questionaire with all accurate information, they agree to help.

Receives no email from them despite them saying so, asks them to change email address to a different email and resend.

Still don't receive email. Confused.

Tries to log into a different alt account, password doesn't work and no emails or info on email for requested password changes.

Zero clue how password got changed when no one requested anything.

Must fill out 5 year old information and go back to a different bank account to fill out info.
