Is autolocking illegal? People complain and rage at me (flame, which is illegal) because i lock in a champ. They have threatened to report me since early this year but nothing has happened. So does this mean autolocking is not illegal?
its not illegal but frowned upon. kinda douchey thing to do imo. especially if u lock in teemo as 99% of the community hates him

It is against the Summoner's Code, actually. See 1, 4, and 7.
There's also a report option specifically for, "Refusing to Communicate with Team." If you auto-lock a champion, you've already refused to communicate.
