A huge toxic problem

I suck a little at this game. Bot games are too easy for me, so normals is the next step for me. Everytime I do badly (but try my best) I get flamed and called a "troll". Yes, my name is suspicious but that's not the point. Trolling =/= having a bad game. Why do people rage in normals? In ranked I understand getting frusterated, but in normals? Come on man.
