Saving Chat Logs: How hard would this be to do?

I had a particularly amusing game with Vel'koz today in which I got very 'in character' with the champion and would make 'analysis' jokes in the allchat when I successfully killed someone with his ult. Alas, I wanted to save that chatlog so that I could share excerpts of it with my friends, but such was not an option.

I see this being a wonderful addition not only for fringe cases like this, but also for more incentive to encourage one to not be toxic, or something along those lines. If being defamatory is a concern (though I personally believe people should be held accountable for their actions no matter what) then the names can merely be that of the champion they are currently playing, to provide examples of toxicity instead for purposes of websites like 'summonerscode' for instance, a source of ridiculous messages found in the tribunal.
