Do I deserve to be permanent banned for this ? Is there any hope

Hey fellow players, (please try to not downvote before reading this, I understand flaming= annoying/dumb)

So I got perma banned a few months back due to "toxic" behavior and I havent stopped thinking of it since. All that time spent trying to get all the champs and my lovely collection of skins all gone because of my stupid conduct.

Ok, I am gonna be honest here, I used to be kinda toxic but not the kind to insult your family or wish death upon your relatives (like some non-banned ppl used to do me), I just used to flame certain teammates when they do like extremely poorly (I am talking like 0-5 in 5 minutes ) cause I felt they were not even trying and ruining the game for the whole team. Anyways, to keep it short, I did get a few warning bans (14 days) during the years I had my account but I always tought of the bans to be like a small vacation from league so I didnt really care but never in my wildest thought would I have thought I would get permanent banned for this. I thought perma was for cheaters or like obsene cursing/flaming.

I will add the transcript of the chat I got banned for at the end. When going over it now, I sound so damn childish and I have come to realize flaming is useless and even conter-productive.

Is there anyway Riot can give me another chance at my account even if they permanently remove my chat capabilites ? I just feel perma banning in my case is a little too much
